Hosting and access data
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Visits involve processing technical data such as IP address, time, requested page, browser and operating system to provide and secure the website, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention of technical logs depends on hosting settings and security requirements; logs are deleted when no longer needed. IONOS privacy information.
Contact form and email
When you send a request, we process your first name, last name, company, email address, selected services, domain, required data language, message and any additional requirements. We also transmit the page language, contact button location, request reference and submission time to identify requests and review their source. The details are emailed to Michael Suliman and processed in the business mailbox. Requests are not additionally stored in a website database.
We use these details to handle and reply to requests and explore a business relationship. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps towards a contract with you, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interests in business communication and organising enquiries when you act for a company. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a newsletter and does not trigger automated assessment of you.
The recipient is Michael Suliman; IONOS processes data as a hosting and email provider. Requests are deleted once handled and no longer needed, subject to statutory retention requirements for business correspondence. Please do not submit confidential datasets or particularly sensitive personal information. Emails are not automatically encrypted end to end.
Necessary session protection
Opening the form sets a necessary session cookie named MSDATASESSION. It protects against forged submissions and duplicate sending and lasts for the browser session. To limit abuse, the server processes a hash of the IP address and timestamps. The active limit covers 15 minutes; older entries become eligible for cleanup after 24 hours when subsequent requests occur. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG for strictly necessary session technology.
No advertising trackers
Fonts and images are served locally. The website loads no advertising trackers or external analytics services. Incoming enquiry sources are reviewed using the details in the enquiry email.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Contact michael@m-s-data.com. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, including the Baden-Württemberg authority: www.baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de.
